O'Reilly Auto Parts

My experience with hunter and staff was horrible they tried to convince me receipt in hand in store that I received a part that I didn't not.really poor attitude and smart remarks, Auto zone from here on out.

This place is great. I needed a high cost, large, direct fit item right away. Autozone had it in stock if I drove a couple hours away. Advance had too long of a wait for delivery. NAPA was way overpriced. Rockauto wanted to use FedEx, which I knew would destroy them in shipping and the choices on Amazon looked like complete junk. O'Reilly to the rescue! They are so fast because they have their own internal delivery system to get the specialized inventory parts delivered to the store right near my house. They even helped me load it up. A+ to O'Reilly Auto Parts.

Part wasn’t in stock. It was suggested by the clerk to consider another brand that was in stock. The price difference wasn’t too big of a difference. So I was able to get the belt right away instead of of waiting for a day for the other belt.

Fast, great service, and very knowledgeable and great prices. Great area and easy to get out of the lot and minimal traffic.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! After a quick and pleasant in store experience, I realized I left my keys in my car. The associates were all very prompt and helpful in helping me get back inside my vehicle, but Stephen went above and beyond. He was friendly, tireless, and efficient. I really appreciated his efforts. I’m not often in this area, but the next time I need car products, this is where I’m going! Thank you, again!!
