Dishonest employees. Took a working battery off my vehicle for a charge as they had previous told my son his battery was no good (even though it was working the previous day. He left his car lights on and the battery drained over night) They held it for 5 hours. I should have known something was fishy as they didn't even ask for my name, only my number. Well they didn't call as promised and when I picked up the battery and they said it was bad. Asked for a print out of the battery test and if course they "didn't have one".

Grease Monkey did an oil change on my truck a few days ago and after they were done my truck would not start I walked to OReillys and a gentleman named Kennedy immediately helped me find out what the trouble was and why it did not start…Grease Monkey said it was my started and or my alternator they said it could cost up to 800$ dollars or more. Kennedy was calm and immediately found the issue saving me hundreds of dollars. As a girl we tend to get taken advantage of and we can get scammed into paying for things that are not broken. Kennedy was not only knowledgeable but he was fast, professional, and honest, something lacking in the auto industry. In my opinion…Thanks to him I’m driving without any problems or pending issues. Thank you Kennedy and please continue to represent hard work

Came by a few weeks ago and bought a cabin air filter for my car, and unfortunately the place that did my oil change didn’t change ugly like I asked.. So I came back and found Josh who was more than willing to change it for me. To Josh thank you for helping. This man needs his own store because he goes above and beyond for the customers

I've always enjoyed OReilly Auto Parts...merely for their customer service. Plus the typically have what you need on hand.

The sad part about the store is they got rid of the blonde manager stupid move real stupid, this place is gonna go downhill, not having her there. She was an asset to this place. Best manager you've had in the last 10 years, how sad? I can't believe you guys let her go I will not be back to buy stuff from you guys.She is the reason why I kept coming back
