Mr. Evan needs a raise pronto. Precise, knowledgeable, and quick with his service to customers. Extremely helpful. Will be returning for my automotive needs.
I used to have a hard time at this particular O'Reilly's with the staff years ago but now everybody's so friendly there as well as helpful!
Just left 4405 location in bacliff with a headlight that will not go into my Dodge journey. After Miguel sold me the wrong one the first time the older gentlemen name was Morales or something of the sort was asked by me for help understanding the wrong part he kept complaining about the of helping me inconvenience.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible Customer Service from Maurice and the front desk guy Randy. Rude, arrogant, and makes you feel like you’re less important than what “they have going on”!
