I had a very disappointing experience at this O’Reilly Auto Parts. I stopped in to have someone quickly check my oil before driving back home, something I’ve had done here in the past with no issue. However, the woman working at the counter was extremely rude and dismissive. In her words, “we do not check fluids,” but it was very clear she simply did not want to help. What made this worse is that I know this isn’t true—I’ve been here before, and the gentleman who assisted me previously had no problem checking fluids and making sure I was safe to drive. The worker’s attitude this time was lazy and unprofessional, leaving me frustrated. I ended up going right across the street to AutoZone, where the employees were kind, helpful, and immediately checked my fluids without hesitation. Thanks

I Went in Here and it was the most friendly auto parts store I’ve ever been to and very well clean, not to mention the staff was very helpful when it came to installing my battery
