Dorian’s customer service deserves acknowledgment, not only did he quickly help identify the part I needed but also offered guidance allowing me to resume my cross country trip in no time.

Customer service is pretty poor. Store seems to be ran by a bunch of kids who have no idea what it’s like to provide good customer service. Employees are either rude or act annoyed that you’re even there. I’ll be driving to joplin from here on out. Manager or owners need to look into this location and make some improvements.

They price match and have fair prices. Most the staff know a lot about their job and can usually help point you in the right direction. They will help you try and make sure its the part you need before you buy it. They also have maintenance supply's and several other tools.

Always helpful. Customer service is great. Never long lines. Can look an item up online. I would recommend this place for all automotive needs

The manager, Ian, is great and quick to offer help checking/refilling fluids, giving advice and a lead on problems and solutions.
