O'Reilly Auto Parts

After having great customer service and great professional service provided by ALL O’Reilly Auto Parts, I was visiting my parents and had my grand kids with me. My Grandson needed to use the restroom and I went into this store, one of the staff members had allowed me to use the restroom and another staff member came out and said NO. I don’t want to ever do business at O’Reilly’s if this is the way they are going to treat my family “unwelcome”. That is NOT the right attitude to have towards families and they just lost a loyal and great customer who has been shopping at all their stores for over 12 years. These people here pretty much work with public safety. I stopped to purchase a part before taking my car for it to get smog. They called public safety and had my car towed at 4:30pm for not having a complete registration. Expired tags. This is costing my $356 for the tow plus $146 for police release. And 56 dollars for an extra day I left it for. We try returning the product we purchased after realizing they were working with the safety department and they refused to take it back with the excuse that they didn’t have any money on the registers. To go else where. BAD BAD BAD CUSTER SERVICE Don’t bring your car around if it has Expired tags cause they will call public safety and have it towed.

Had to come back to get oil for my truck but customer service got a lot better, Jorge was awesome.. there weren't any other employees to help him keep up the good job Jorge.
