I want to share the great experience I always received from the team members at O'Reilly specially Chris Winder, excellent person and always goes the extra mile to help his customers. They always treat me like family. Thank you

I live around the block from this location, The customer service is slow and unreliable. I came in when no one was it the store and after I got what I needed the service person disappeared with another customer and I was waiting for more than 15 minutes in front the counter and had to move my items 3 different times after someone realized I'm in the store. Not recommended to go there a waste of time in my schedule.

I had an amazing experience with the manager here. I pulled up with a flat tire and he had no hesitation to help me replace it.

My husband just came home after having the worst experience! Walked into the store at 8:42 p.m., after filling our daughter's gas because she heads back to FSU tomorrow, he realized her windshield wipers were bad(it was storming). Anyway, he was ignored by "CJ", who was busy with a personal cell phone call. After repeated requests for service, and left standing at the register for 15min, he was than told "we're closed". That is not the feeling you want from a store you're consistently purchasing from. @Avalon & E. Colonial

Was traveling seeing patients and my oil light came on. I pulled in wasn't sure what oil to use. Chris the manager not only showed me what oil to use but went out checked my oil and put the oil in for me. He was a true professional and very thoughtful. Thank you so much Chris.
