Stopped in for help with getting a replacement bulb for my 4Runner. The lady behind the counter was clearly not interested in helping when I stated I was looking for a replacement bulb. We walked out the car. She looked at the back of the headlight and goes we can't access it. I said the panel is right there. She placed her finger on it and goes nope it won't twist. I said I can open it and should I bring the bulb into you for replace? She was half to the door already and goes "yeah, we might have it." Clearly, they do not offer assistance as stated on their website. Went to the competitor up the road and received service with no issue.
Super helpful staff. Always willing to help you out! Highly recommended to anyone who needs auto parts.
The guys in here are always super helpful. I have 3 different headlight bulbs and couldn't figure out which one was out so they came out to the car and looked at the lights, pulled the bulbs out and checked them

Jacob was THE BEST! We stopped in for help replacing windshield wipers on a Ram 1500 (I was too small to do it) and he helped not only with wipers but he helped check the oil too. Oh- and the wipers were BOGO so it was an even better deal! The truck was on loan from a friend- so I wasn't sure how to go about fixing it and O'REILLY stepped up and helped! Thanks 😀
