I would love to give a big shout out to Carlos and the team at the Bloomfield, NM store. We had our Jeep delivered by tow truck to his store at about 8pm after having an alternator issue that left us stranded on the highway. With daylight running out and the store closing soon, both associates that night helped us get what we needed quickly so that we could continue on to our camping destination that evening. Carlos even brought a new headlamp out to us so that we could see better. Thank you so much!

One of the best auto parts stores I have been too. Everyone is genuine at helping. Always listening with intent and helping the customers as much as they possibly can.

They had what I needed nice and chill

I went in to O'Reilly's in Bloomfield New Mexico and talked to Kurt and he was very helpful and treated me full respect. I believe all auto parts stores employees should be like Kurt. He checked the rotors I took in and resurfaced them and also told me how much was left on the rotors. That alone is important and perfect information that I like to know. Nice job Kurt and keep it up
