I came in for issues with a battery, and Nick helped walked me through the whole process. He made my experience pleasant and gave outstanding customer service! Dave was also very helpful and I could tell he had an extensive knowledge of vehicles and mechanics. They took very good care of me! I would recommend them in Bluffton!

I needed a part for my grandson's car; nobody had it in stock, and Amazon was going to take 2 days to deliver. I called the new O'Reilly store and ordered it because they said it would be in store by 7:30 AM. the next day; it was, and they checked his battery for me. I am 76 Yrs. old and built my first street rod at 18: and 5 more since then. I have worked on cars for 57 years, and I know knowledgeable people when I meet them. They have a good staff here, and I will now come here first when I need something. I was very pleased with the experience. Thanks, Dave H.

David went above and beyond with his customer service. He helped us out when we were looking for headlights for my Hyundai and Chevrolet. We couldn’t get the part for the Chevrolet but he went above and beyond and printed resources of where to go to get it fixed. Place was super clean and environment felt welcoming. Highly recommend!
