Matt is attentive and urgent with his customers. O'Reilly has a lot more to offer than you would typically think. Try them out. They have a fully capable staff. Their prices are fair. BTW, their power torque tools are my favorite. I honestly prefer them over snap on. Oh and I urge you to only buy Brass replacement battery terminal ends. They last longer and tighten down firm for a great connection. Thanks guys! Five stars.

I was in the store today 12/14/2024 to buy wipers blades for my truck which and they was installed by a worker and on my way the driver side come off , so I went back and explain what had happenand my installer was still there a guy name Kent and a young lady name alley or asyhley not for sure but they was outstanding in getting my care and concern taken care of..great ppl and great service.

Went in to get a new battery but he checked my old one and said it was good and just needed charging. He charged my battery at no cost. Good job.
