Truck wasn’t cranking right, knew it was battery or alternator.. went to my Booneville,ms O Reilly and the young Lady there checked my battery,alternator and check engine light… seen it was a battery dead.. helped me select the best one I needed and replaced it for me!! Quick fast service and helpful.. especially since I am an old guy I appreciate it!! Shout out to Alli for helping me

These people are amazing!! Super sweet and make everything super simple to find. Mike is the first one out the door to help with your car if you need it i highly recommend him!
Alli was super friendly, and helped me with a smile on her face the entire time. She went above and beyond to find the part I was looking for. Even when her computer didn’t give us what we were looking for she used every resource possible to find the part I needed. I’ve always had a good experience with this store, but this customer service was top notch. Thank you O’reilly Auto Parts.
Very rude disrespectful dude call Jason dress him self as a manager no uniform claim to be manager he lied could of match Oriellys in winter haven price just cuz I had a AutoZone shirt employee just move to this small tow and this rude community are so ungrateful
