Great customer service, they had what I needed! Not enough space to turn around with a trailer, keep that in Mind.

I called to check on the price for brakes and rotors for my car. I liked the price they had quoted and I didn't have to go all the way into Rapid City to get them. I asked them to hold thrm.fir me and to my surprise i had gotten a discounted price due to a promotion they were having. The store had 2 young ladies at the counter. The young lady I had talked to on the phone rang up my order got me on their customer list and carried my purchase out to my car for me. Box Elder has a good crew working here. Thank you ladies great customer service. I will be back if I need more parts.

I've been here a few times already and it's always great. Clean, easy to find what I'm looking for and super friendly and helpful staff. It is so nice having an auto parts store in Box Elder finally. No more having to drive to Rapid.

One of the employees, Alyssa was fairly rude when handling my purchase may 19th throwing my wipper blade on the counter. Everyone else was grate and very helpfull
