Each store is well stocked, with Professional representatives who know thier Trade, if they are not familiar with your particular scenario, they Will find a solution at a reasonable price and time point. My comments below in regard to it being ruff, was strictly directed at turning onto the street they are located off of, as traffic is always fast. Just wanted to mention, folks should pay attention when crossing over Farmington Ave. Shout Out to my old Store in Pacifica CA, What's up Randy, the meredes made it Pacifica to CT 178,658 miles thanks to You All at O'Rielly's & Fullurino ~SDM 11/2025 Basic O'Reilly Store, No more No Less. Access to location is rough, as Farmington Ave. makes accessing parking lot

Omar is SO helpful! Any time I’ve gone in and needed help he was friendly and knowledgeable, even coming out to my car to look at what I had going on and give me a hand. Love him!

I took my car to O'Reilly's to check on why my engine light came on in the car. The service gentleman was quite nice. He politely diagnosed the car and printed out the paperwork. Explained everything to me. Told me how I could learn more on YouTube videos, explain to me about car batteries and their warranties and was very professional. They have some excellent quality employees there with great customer service skills. It's nice to see in this day and age when a lot of people just don't care.

Forget this place! One person working, long line just to buy a few items. I put stuff back and walked out. 5/20 went back, this time 4 people at the counter goofing around. Not one asked if they could help me find an air filter I needed. I'm done for good.

Went to the O’Reilly Farmington Ave., Bristol, CT location. I hope this gets to you, Nathan. You were such a gentleman and a polite young man very helpful you even offered to put on my windshield wipers which is above and beyond. Please make sure Nathan sees this
