I had an outstanding experience at my local O’Reilly Auto Parts store. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Instead of just pointing me toward an aisle, they took the time to listen to what was going on with my vehicle and asked the right questions to make sure I got exactly what I needed. What really impressed me was their product knowledge. The team clearly knows cars inside and out. They explained my options, compared brands, and helped me find a part that fit both my vehicle and my budget. I never felt rushed or pressured—just supported. What should have been a quick and efficient pickup order was not. The store seems to prioritize phone calls over customers who are in the store. I was the only person waiting for a pickup order, yet I was asked to wait while an employee (older man with grey hair) spent several minutes assisting a phone customer over a part that the rep had to search for. The order could have been completed quickly but the older gentlemen at oreillys chose to take his sweet time on the phone. The other gentlemen finished but instead of jumping in he just walked to the back, a third person was a available, but the lady just walked towards where was waiting, picked up a phone for no reason and put it down and walked back to her area, thankfully a fourth lady with curly hair and common sense came into the sto

I visited O’Reilly Auto Parts in Olmito, and the sales representative, Ismael, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions, resolved my concerns, and even installed the wipers I purchased for my car. Ismael was very attentive and professional. I highly recommend this location excellent customer service!

Ismael is amazing! We got a crazy expensive quite from another place and he helped us figure it all out and we got a great deal. He really knows what he's talking about. Highly recommend! Good price, he switched out the battery quickly. Someone give this man a raise!
