I bought a back wiper for my SUV at the Cheney Drive location In Twin Falls on Monday, the woman that helped me was so nice and helpful. Unfortunately it was the wrong size. No big deal. I work in Buhl so I returned it to the Buhl location this morning before work, did not get the gentleman's name. What an unfriendly, uncomfortable experience that was. I said Good morning, I was ignored. I said, how are you, all I got from him was " what do you need? All good. I will just keep my business in the Twin location.

Only $390 for an almost entire engine rebuild kit?! Definitely not bad and pretty affordable vs other places! I have always went through O'Reillys and have never been disappointed with them. I am beyond thankful they brought an O'Reilly to Buhl!!

Went in at 9am this morning for the first timefor windshield whispers for a car I berly drive and the morning person was criticizing the brand I got saying " those are the cheapest of the cheap and only the poorest people get them to get bu" so brushed it off but needless to say. Customer service sucks and will drive to twin auto zone again for good serivce

There's a big guy there named Ryan the company needs to give him a raise so that he can go buy a personality I've had a warmer welcome from my ex-wife, the guy is rude says he's implementing company policy which I've never heard of even when I was a commercial manager there. Want me going back to that store anytime soon

I generally find what I need. The Sales staff can be very helpful. I prefer to shop and order items when there are only one or two customer cars in the parking area, as I have some problems standing for even a short time.
