Taylor at the Bunn store was so nice. He was very helpful and took care of what I needed, he answered my questions and put my windshield wiper blades on for me. Such great service.

I had to rent a harmonic balancer puller for the Day and Ieshia was so kind and helpful with my transactions. And my return of the rented tool I will ONLY buy from Oreilly this day forward, specifically the Bunn NC Location

Had a great experience at O’Reilly’s in Bunn today. Robert (Manager) helped diagnose the issue I was having with the signal(blinker) on my Nissan SUV. It was rapidly blinking. To ensure the failing bulb was replaced, I purchased the needed replacement bulbs for front & back . He researched the types of bulbs I needed and replaced the front & back bulbs for me. Definitely appreciated his customer service. Barbara

Called ahead to see if the could install a new battery in my car. They said they could. Got there and bought the battery and left my car and the keys and took a walk. Came back 30 minutes later and they said they could not install the battery. Said it would take over 40 minutes and their corporate policy would not let them do this. I returned the battery and drove to Bunn Exxon down the street. In less than 30 minutes after I left O'Reilly Auto parts I was on my way home with the new battery installed. I called O'Reilly and told them how quickly Bunn Exxon had installed the battery. I was then told that time was not the problem, but that they did not have the right tools to do the job ! ! ! How ridiculous is that? An auto parts store did not have the right tools to install a car battery !

My friend n I went in to get a battery for her car, we were headed to beach for a day trip this was on sat morning. The team was so helpful, Madelyn ( please forgive me I don't think I spelled her name right. ) was very on top of her job. She caught that the battery crank volts weren't the same. She was plesent and professional. I will diffintly be returning to this store in the future! Thanks
