O'Reilly Auto Parts

Oreillys themselves is a great store, i have no issues with 95% of the employees. Paul on the other hand has lied to me 3 times about items they have in stock and also lied to me 2 different times about having cheaper batteries and basically made me purchase the more expensive battery. Every time i have gone to this location this employee has been very rude and is a liar. I have a commercial account and shop here very frequently i can see stock as well as prices. I will not be coming back to the bunnell location when he is there. Id rather drive 15 more minutes out of my way to shop at the palm coast location. Do not shop with paul. (and to add this is not my first time complaining about him and i also know it’s not the first time he’s had complaints from other people.)

Headed home from work and needed a new battery for my vehicle. Called O'Reilly's and Advance Auto Parts across the street to compare prices. The guy on the phone for O'Reilly's was super helpful and polite. Plus, they beat the competition by about $50 for my particular vehicle. Swung in, and not only did they have the battery ready for me, but the other guy behind the counter immediately took it to my car and swapped it out. He was super professional and quick. In and out in about 10 mins flat! Awesome service!

Loved the experience! The gentleman that helped me (assistant manager) was very friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. Said he was in the auto part business since the 90's. He found what I was looking for (cabin air filter) within 90 seconds, answered all my questions and I was on my way. Great customer service. Will definitely do business with this store again.

Philip was helpful in getting me the parts I needed after the warehouse accidentally shipped the store the wrong part.
