I bought a new set of wipers. One of the clips blew off going down the highway. Stopped by the store i bought it from to ask if there was anything they could do to help me replace the part that blew off. They said no problem, returned the broke one and have me a replacement at no charge. Probably the best customer service I have ever gotten. O'Reilly's in creedmoor nc. 5 🌟...

My friend showed up at this store with a huge truck tire with the wheel bearing still attached to it.. he needed a new bearing and the old one taken off the tire🙈it was a nightmare…. This Oreilly’s Team was so helpful and friendly even though what he needed done was a ton of work🙈 with no hesitation they got right to it and helped him… even after a hour or so of us being there they never complained and found a solution to every problem we encountered…very grateful for their kindness and great service….

Chris, the manager, was very helpful when I presented him with an issue I was ignorant about and was much more helpful in resolving the issue than other places nearby.

Today Luke & Ryan were awesome. They both went over & beyond to help me with a bad wheel bearing on a truck I just purchased. Great guys, I can’t thank them enough! Without them I would have been stranded .
