Ted is the man! I made it to the store by the grace of God… and Ted was an angel… he repaired my vehicle with the help of Brian, and had me up and running again. Without them I would have been stranded with a toddler. Couldn’t be more happy with genuine folk that still exist in the world like them. Corporate if you see this… these men deserve all the recognition! 👏 👏

Dale was awesome helped me and my mom find the part we needed for our car. We found one it wasn’t the right one (it was our fault on description) but we came back and he ran out to give us a different thing we forgot. But then he not just that but he wasn’t finding the part for a while on his computer and he was there the entire time to make sure he found the part. Then once he found it he found out that he needed to ship it, so he tried to get us to a different store so we could get it by the end of the day. He was really helpful and tried his best to make sure we got the piece by the end of the day. Dale deserves a raise. The entire process took about an entire hour or two

I came into and was greeted by three very friendly employees. They all were so helpful and Rose even came out and helped put the fuse in my car in this freezing weather! I was very greatful since I am just a single mom and wasn’t sure how to do it but she offered to help me without me even asking! Definitely won’t be going back to AutoZone, they were so rude to me and sent me away to O’Reillys. But thankfully they did since they actually cared and went out of the way to help me !

Ive been back and forth to this location probably a dozen times in the past two days. They're so patient with me. Even when im stressed out and forgetting specific words to what im looking for 😌 one dude behind the counter even bought one of the bolts i need for me. Definitely a group of wholesome people in that store. Id recommend this place to anyone
