Was out of town and check engine light came on. Read my codes and looked up what 02 sensors was needed. Experienced quick, professional, friendly service.

This is my go to place for auto parts. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They don't make me feel like a dummy even though I am usually confused about what I need. So glad to have them in Canton.

I showed up to get my battery tested. The guy tested my battery and told me that the battery and alternator were dead even though I didn’t start my car for him to be able to test it. He then tried to get me to have his roommate replace my alternator “for cheap”. I went to advanced auto across the street where they tested it correctly and all it was was a loose connection. Never going back. Clear scam

Normally a trip to O'Reilly is always pleasant. However, this time, I was already a little frustrated to begin with. I needed a part as quickly as I could get it. Luckily, at least according to their website, the O'Reilly's in town, had it in stock. I called to verify they did and happily set off for the store. When I got there, they spent several minutes looking...and looking some more. Even though I had called to verify, someone failed to physically check the part was there. Finally having to send me to their next closest store. Although it still was closer than any other store that had it , it was still another 40 min round trip on top of what I had already driven!
