Every time I come to the The AutoZone on Canton Center Road in Canton, I always have an issue. I drove out of my way to go to O’Reilly auto parts where they’re installing the bulb for me and the burned connector for me. O’Reilly‘s auto parts were friendly and they were courteous. The O’Reilly’s here on Ford rd in canton, has heard nothing but horrible things about AutoZone and they’re slowly taking all their customers, and I don’t blame them. I am really glad I went to O’Reillys. The young lady was knowledgeable and courteous, and really made sure that I was taking care of. I will always be coming to O’Reilly’s auto parts from now on. I am so happy and I feel so blessed with the excellent customer service. Thank you so much O’Reillys
Rick did a fantastic job of testing and replacing my battery. As a further step, he tested my alternator without my requesting it and determined I needed a new one. This saved us from a dead battery again the next day.
I always have a good experience going to O’Reilly’s in Canton on Ford Road. Especially today, Rick, went way out of his way to help me replace a battery and troubleshoot what was wrong with my vehicle. This is my go to store.
