On 2/23/26, at the Del Prado Blvd location (Cape Coral) at around 3pm, after waiting for over 25 minutes for the manager (Izzy), who was all that time speaking on the phone in her car; once I was able to approach her for help about a problem I had with one of the engines bought from the company, she told me to wait longer. It is not the first time this has happened, as one time she had me waiting a long time while she was rudely yelling on the phone with someone else about personal issues, which could be heard throughout the whole store. Once I was able to speak with her, I showed her a video demonstrating the problem I had with the engine, to which she dismissively responded that “it was not her problem” and that I should simply put the complaint to the company. I purchased windshield wipers and they helped me choose the size for my vehicle and installed them promptly. It was a good experience from the time I entered the place until I left satisfied. I'm glad I chose them.

They had the wipers in stock. They put them on even though it was raining. I was in and out in 15 minutes.

I took some rotors to be turned here and dropped them off. Had the wife pick them up because I was still working on the vehicle. Upon return I noticed they were very rough and uneven, almost as if they tried to take off too much material at once. I installed them thinking they would wear in with the pads, however noticed when I test drove around the block that i got a violent shutter in the brake pedal when i went to stop. I'm just glad it was a slow test drive and noone got hurt. The technician who machined the rotors did a terrible job and turned them unevenly and gouged them to the point I had to go next door to autozone to replace them. The manager refunded my money for the machining but did not offer anything else. They cost me $100 for new rotors because of their incompetence

At O'Reilly Auto You still get good old-fashioned customer service. Went in for a brake light bulb and wiper blades. They installed both of those for me at no cost. I will not take my business anywhere else
