I come here for windshield wipers or car remote batteries and they will change them out for you. I really appreciate their service. My husband always needs some car spray, tool, etc. and O'Reilly always has whatever we need to finish a project.

Knowledgeable and Helpful Staff! I went in with a cylinder misfire. By this point I already changed the ignition coils and spark plugs myself so I was a little confused and frustrated. I came in and Anthony came out and red my trouble codes. He was super nice and gave me some advice. I went home and did what he suggested but there was still some issue. I called Anthony back at the store. He then gave me some other ideas and taught me a little something about OBDII scanners. The next day I followed through with the updated suggestions and the problem was fixed. So I learned to use and trust my OBDII scanner but most of all I learned that I can trust O’Reilly Castaic. I can't thank Mike & Bob for all their help with my windshield wipers!! Was having trouble finding ones that fit my car. After buying two different types at another store, I was getting frustrated so I went to them for help. They went above and beyond with checking multiple brands and were determined to find some that fit correctly... which they finally did! Cheers to these guys for being so helpful.

On our way down The Grapevine traveling from NorCal to SoCal an ominous “Charging System malfunctioning” light appeared in the dash. Fortunately found this O’Reilly and the manager Mike who checked the system out and reported the alternator was the problem. He sent us to a nearby auto shop he trusted where we were treated like royalty. A few hours later we were on our way with not only a new alternator but also a renewed inspiration that there really are some honest and helpful people out there!
