O'Reilly Auto Parts

My car would not start yesterday. I had bought my battery a couple years ago from O'Reilly in Cartersville, Georgia. They said they would not install my battery so I paid another customer in line 25$ to install my over $100 dollar battery. This morning I called the O'Reilly store in Cedartown, Georgia and a really nice lady answered. She looked up my number and said it was still under warranty, to bring my car by after I jump it and they would test it. She said if it was Bad, they would replace it AND install it!!! 👌 WoW!!! WIN For me!! I drove it over and the Manager, Andrew, came out and tested it. He tested my Battery, Starter, and Alternator. With a smile on his face. Always had my parts and vry knowledgable about the parts and instructions on how to install

I needed a bolt for my brake caliper. I pulled in at 8:50 and removed the bolt so I could match it up. We were about to walk in and they locked the door before we could get inside. Now, I understand that they were getting ready to close, but at least acknowledge your customers that are trying to shop at your store. I buy a good amount of auto parts for my self and customers I have, so I will just take my business elsewhere from now on. If you shop here, don't expect good customer service.

We went in right at closing time wasnt sure exactly what parts we needed? Jessie took his time helping us figure out what we needed didn't rush us didn't get aggravated at us for coming in right at closing time,(which most employees would)Jessie got the parts we needed except for 1 He gladly ordered it for us, it was there the next morning for us to pick up. I hope Jessie got paid for the time he worked after closing to help us? Maybe he gets a raise. O'REILLY'S should be very proud to have such a dedicated employee. Thank you Jessie
