O'Reilly Auto Parts

People in the store are nice but I asked if they would help me out and throw the battery in for me so I wouldn’t have to make another trip back to drop off the core. Basically refused due to the cold. I ended up doing it my self in the parking lot with the tools THEY provided which weren’t enough and I had to literally purchase and extension for the ratchet and return it. Again, people in the store are nice but talk about lazy, I’m not incapable of working on my own things but if it’s a convenience that’s offered by a company you figure the employees would be willing to do so, more than likely will be the last time I visit this location.

This place is awesome! It's easy to access, is well-stocked, organized, and has super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Shout out to Elizabeth, Tucker, and Charles. Thanks for all of your continued help and patience with all of my questions. 😄 Y'all are great!

I've noticed over the past few months that I've had the worst customer experience that I could possibly have with O'Reilly. Now normally I would go in and have a good experience but the new staff that they have are very rude and very incompetent. I asked the gentleman to check my check engine light and when he did he came back and told me that there was no codes available. After talking with him he showed me that it was a pressure control solenoid. I asked him what the part was and his response was I don't know we don't have it and that was it. Me myself I don't understand why O'Reilly's would employ people who have no knowledge of what car parts are or what cars are about. I would never ever ever ever do business at this O'Reilly's again.

Unfriendly staff. He just didn't want to work/assist or at least pretend to provide ok customer service

i waited for about 20 minutes for them to sell me a battery for $308 then proceeded to tell me they couldn’t put it in for me. they told me to go down to kwik kar and have them do it. keep in mind, my battery is completely dead. this was the most frustrating thing i have dealt with in a while. people were so rude and had no personality. one worker walked away during a rush and i didn’t see him for the rest of the time. horrible and annoying.
