By far the best customer service I have had ever at an auto parts store. Our bus battery was steaming and hot and smelled absolutely horrible. The team quickly jumped into action and replaced it so quick and got us back on the road in a matter of minutes very close to their own closing time without complaint.

I may have gotten the wrong windshield wipers but the fella there named Will was very much helpful and even unbent my wiper arms in the rain, he saved the day!!

Chapel Hill Location My morning was bonkers. So of course my battery died- but I was in a good place for it. I needed someone to cut me some slack. Not to mention my battery is a pain to get in and out by myself. I've done it before so i know. 🫣 (Im sorry!) I was exhausted when I went in. They were soooooo helpful!!! I saw the main employee sometime later by chance with his friends in town, still helping people and being courteous! Everytime I had said "thank you", he gave a kind reply.... still, I'll say it again- Thanks for getting us back on the road, to work, to the doctors, all of it! Thank you!

Had a new battery installed, great customer service. A factory restart for these new cars and all was good. Thanks so.

These guys are the best! I’ve been in several times and they have been great.
