I had such a great experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts thanks to Drew! I came in needing help replacing my headlight and windshield wipers, and he went above and beyond to help me out. He was super friendly, quick, and didn’t make me feel silly for not knowing how to do it myself. Drew changed everything out for me right there in the parking lot and made the whole process so easy. Customer service like that is hard to come by these days. If you stop by the Chatham location, definitely ask for Drew — he’s awesome!
I was two hours from home and had to replace a headlight. Cameron offered to help assist me replacing both headlights. I was back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Great customer service. 👍🏻
Drew and his team were a great help in getting me a new battery for my vehicle and even installing it. Will definitely support this store with my future car needs!
