I was told I cannot make a return at 9:32 am due to they haven't made enough money in sales. I am confused. When has that been a policy that a store cannot make a refund based on their morning sales? I have to go back and waste gas just to return a product? And I spoke with a supervisor. If this is a new policy then it should be on your website under refund saying" please dont make any return until we make a certain amount ". Then indicate the time we should be doing a return. I was told to go to the northridge location and that location also indicated they dont have enough cash. What is happening.

Always a pleasure. The staff has always been very helpful and courteous. If my store doesnt have an item and one of the other stores do, they have it delivered either thay day or overnight.

I always find what I need for my vehicles there. I don't know why I go anywhere else.
