O'Reilly Auto Parts

I called a couple other parts stores and my call was never answered. I called O’Reilly’s and someone answered after a couple rings. After explaining I needed to borrow a tool the associate was very helpful and explained in detail how that process worked and the options even if I wanted to purchase the tool. The process sounded fine and I asked the associate if she could hold the tool as I would leave now to come to the store to borrow the tool. The associate informed me the tool showed to be in the store but offered to look and verify before I made the trip to the store. The associate verified the tool was there and that she would hold it for me.
