Not to knock females but the Clarksdale location is crazy. The Females just sell parts with 0 understanding..... You all have the system to identify what part is being referenced but they lost.
Mr. Willie Earl Cannon and the other workers are so so polite. They found the part I needed and worked to make sure it was in correctly and working fine. Thank you O'Reilly for your generous cooperation.
OVERALL THE STORE IS CLEAN AND WELL UP KEPT BUT THE SERVICE IS GETTING BEYOND THE MEANS OF EVEN WANTING TO BE BOTHERED WITH THE PART STORE ITS EITHER A DEFECTED PART THEY DONT KNOW OR THE PHONE RARELY ANSWERED I MEAN I LOVE THE PARTS BUT THE SERVICE NEEDA TO GET BETTER HONESTLY AT LEAST SEEM LIKE YOU KNOW ABOUT PARTS
Quality of parts are good. Prices are pretty decent. They're knowledge of what you're looking for & make sure u leave with the right one.
