I just left this place and I tell you what, I had the best customer service. Rocco saw me wondering around the store looking confused trying to find some windshield wipers for my car. He helped me find the correct wipers, didnt push any additional “deals”. Then he put the wipers on for me. Rocco, I know today was your first day, but man you did great work today 😆 Just kidding, I know it wasn't your first day. You are clearly a professional and I appreciate your help and non judgment over my old wipers.

The employees are so knowledgeable and friendly. They took care of me in my hour of need. And they were recommended by AAA!

Rocco at O'reillys is the BEST!! he changed my battery and was so kind and helpful. As someone who just moved to NC I'm really thankful for the service and kindness I got today. My car is running great now I'll definitely be back if I have any other needs !!

Rocco is an angel sent to earth by the hands of God himself. He’s a great guy, knows his shit, and gives wonderful costumer service. This man needs a raise and a nice cold beer. Thank you rocco!!!! We will forever come back for literally anything we need for our car.
