David at the Clinton, AR location is AMAZING.. 1000% recommend using this location. The customer service he provided was the best. We were broke down on the side on a mountain side and he brought our parts to us within 15 minutes. I can’t thank him enough.

This review reflects my experience w/ O'Reilly corporate, NOT the folks at the store. O'Reilly supplied my mechanic with TWO sets of defective parts for the front-end repair for my SUV, and my garage eventually was forced to buy Nissan OEM parts for the repair. Some of their parts are NOT made to spec and are of low quality.
The young man, mason, that works at this location was the best help. On the way to texas my husbands alternator went out and mason went through the upmost customer service to help with what he could while we were changing it out in the parking lot. Thank you, mason! Great job! -Tore Lake
