BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I recently purchased a big 12 volt battery that weighs almost 50 lbs I was surprised that the clerk didn't offer to carry out or cart it out for me. I am an older man and cannot carry heavy things. After I asked him he did carry it out for me but my point is that a customer should not have to ask. What happened to customer service??

Jake was working on Sunday August 31, 2025 and my wife and I were visiting here from Arizona and about ready leave for home with battery trouble. Jake fixed us up at no charge checking the battery twice on the same day. He was very helpful and courteous. What a great guy and we were so happy that O'Reilly's was open on Sunday.

Very nice people!!! Got there alittle before they closed . Needed an engine belt for our motorhome .. they got us a belt n gave tools to fix it,, stayed open late till we got it fixed

Inside service was good. He helped me find my parts quickly and correctly. But then my wife and I spent 15 minutes outside the front door (Right in front of the big sign that reads: FREE WINDSHIELD WIPER BLADES REPLACED. While you wait. ) . In the rain and sleet at 28 degrees in the dark. I guess the employees sitting inside at their warm seats with no customers didn't want to get wet and cold any more than we did changing wiper blades. Or maybe watching two 67 year old seniors changing blades in the winter weather was good entertainment. Anyway. They could have done better. Thanks for the good inside service. I'll come back. Glutton for punishment I guess.

The team sottered a new end on a battery cable!! Saved me a lot of time. They provide excellent service.
