drove 30 minutes and then stood in line for over 20 minutes just to pick up a battery that they showed they had in stock but they could not find in store at all, not the first time this has happen at this store. sounds like this store needs to do better inventory checking. Just drive to Napa to get your parts.

We stopped here to purchase a battery on Friday October 10 between 9:30-10 am. No one was on the sales floor or behind the counter so we just walked around a couple minutes assuming they would be right out. No one showed up. I even yelled out to see if someone would answer me but received no response. We ended up leaving and going to a no other parts store.

I always liked O'Reilly Auto parts..actually still do. Bit in all my entire life I've never seen anything so offensive as I did at the Coal Run store..an employee wearing a green TShirt with the sleeves ripped off that said..."Your mother should have swallowed you". Should your Christian customers be seeing this? Is this where humanity has come to? And not a soul who worked there called him out about it..where's management? Don't you have a dress code at all? Please address this..a 40 year old man should know better. O'Reilly company should never permit this..and geez at least leave the sleeves on your T shirt..at least look on the lower end of civilized.

I visited O'Reilly's Auto Parts to pick up a spark plug for my car, but things took an unexpected turn when my car broke down in the parking lot. I was feeling stressed and unsure of what to do, but Kevin, the worker there, truly went above and beyond to help me. Not only did he check the battery and oil to make sure everything else was in order, but he also took the extra step of calling a mechanic to attempts to see if he would be open on the weekend. As well as making sure I was able to find a ride home. His kindness, patience, and dedication really made a tough situation much easier to handle. I can't thank Kevin enough for his outstanding customer service—he really went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend O'Reilly's and especially Kevin for his exceptiona

Let me tell your story about how awesome these guys are. I'm an hour from home. After our game, and eating we stopped by the car wash because the salt on the truck was terrible from the nearly month of snow. When exiting the carwash you have to make a two point turn because it's tight. Doing so I heard a pop. I eased forward hearing rubbing and the brakes had stopped working. So I slowly made the curve and got out to see the passenger front tire leaning in at the top. I knew immediately we'd lost the ball joint. I started to evaluate my options soon. Found out that every mechanic was closed because it was Saturday. Then I realized the Enterprise a couple doors down had closed 20 minutes prior. So then I started to figure out what I needed to fix it. I know I needed a floor jack.
