Oil pressure sensor went out on my wife's Silverado. Checked the store and they had it. Salesmen were both very helpful. Turned a stressful situation into a Pleasant experience. Highly recommend this O'Reillys in Cochran.

I ask about use my company account and I was unable to use my business account. And I waited patiently and Mr.Micheal looked over me and call the next customer a {White Gentleman} and I’m a Black Gentleman and I operate a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization and some many UCC Codes are being violated. And my color was the reason I was mistreated. Quoting : Mr. MICHEAL. All the stores need to be closed because I have something to do. Just mad and unprofessional.

Every time I have gone in this one, they have always been nice. They don't always have what I need, but what store does? (I mean, Walmart can't even seem to get that right! 🤣🤣🤣 ) The people have always been helpful when I have gone in O'Reilly's and have always been pleasant to talk to. Thank you! 😊

Michael is the most helpful employee I’ve come across at the Cochran location. Every time I visit this store he’s the first to assist me, getting my part in the next morning for me! For some reason my part was sent back before I was able to pick it up the week after they received so it had to be ordered again and this time it will take 4 days for it to come back in. I am disappointed with the length of time it will take to get it back in.
