O'Reilly Auto Parts

I had a pretty average experience at this O’Reilly’s. On the positive side, the store was very clean and well-organized, which you can’t always say for these types of stores. On the flip side, I asked for a part for my car, and the associate went and grabbed it for me, but was not very helpful in explaining how to install it, or at least providing me resources to find out how I could do so. Luckily, there was another customer who was able to help me, but that really should have been the employee’s job. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but this wouldn’t be the first auto parts store I’d go to next time.

Amazing customer service and I mean amazing went inside the store. Shy had a huge smile in her face greeted me. So well Made me feel welcome when I came in the store was very very clean and I love how she was straightening up making everything look nice. I had to return that I did and she helped me out very sweet kind and courteous. I almost thought she was the manager please keep up the great work. Considering this store more often.

Outstanding Service from Manager Eugene Coleman I had an excellent experience at O’Reilly’s thanks to Manager Eugene Coleman. He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, explained everything clearly, and treated me with genuine respect the entire time. You can tell he really cares about his customers and knows his stuff. It’s rare to get service this good anywhere these days. If you need parts, advice, or real customer service, ask for Eugene — he’s the reason I’ll keep coming back. Highly recommend!

Shy is awesome I needed help she help great communication beautiful sprit great customer service 10 outta 10 respectful before I left she made sure I didn’t leave empty handed she tracked down my part got it in for me shy carry her self very well and is definitely needed I will be back to this location one of my favorite stores thanks to her. “KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK !!!!!!!!!
