Recently visited the Cotulla store for a service engine light and was greeted by a young man, I believe his name is Scott. Very polite and prompt. Excellent service.

For customers that travel past this town. the hours are not the same, as what is on google maps. The hours that are posted, on the front door states that they close at 8 PM......smh Oh, and maybe turning off the "Open" sign is also helpful, when you all close.

Exceptional service from managers Martha and Tony. They stayed after hours to help with our car issue while we were traveling to a different city. We had stopped by an Autozone earlier in the trip which failed to identify the problem and told us it was safe to drive. Once our car started to fail we pulled into the Cotulla O’Reilly’s where we got the help we needed. Very thankful for the lighthearted attitudes in such a high-stress situation.

This location always have what I need or they can get it the next day usually. Never an issue and always polite and helpful.

Good service good store. One of the if not the cleanest and most orderly ones I’ve been to.
