Luca at the Crossville store went above and beyond helping me get the measurements I needed on a part that they had in stock. She was cheerful, kind, and extremely helpful
Excellent customer service. I was told by O'Reillys in Rainsville the blinker bulb they gave me might fit but they wasn't sure. Didn't offer to even check. These guys went above and beyond to help me. They even replaced the bulb where the other guy said there was no way he could put the bulb in. If I have any auto concerns Ill be sure to use them again.
My Rv broke 6 of 8 studs on the rear wheel on Christmas Eve and this new store in Crossville was open and had the studs in stock. The employees at this new store were extremely helpful, Alex actually helped me remove some really torqued bolts out of the hub to help speed me up on assembly. I regularly drive near Crossville so I will be using these guys on a regular basis as I was very pleased with the service I received. Merry Christmas Guys!
