the local store did great. They didn't have on hand what I wanted, but he looked on the company website and found it. showed me a picture of the ear muffs I was looking for. The only problem was mix between the warehouse and store, while I went to get it the ear muffs were on the way to the store. Once the warehouse realized the error, they said they were sorry and sent me back to the store where they were sitting on the counter waiting for me. the store manager also said he was sorry for the mixup.

This store have great customer service and it's very knowledgeable on helping out to customers
