Really rude workers. I bought a battery less than a year ago brung in my old one and they gave me a new battery That was not the right size and busted bc it didn’t fit right in the bracket and made a hole from rubbing the mounts And refused to warranty the battery had to go to auto zone and get the right size one for my truck and was told they did intact give me the wrong size for my truck they gave me one to fit a diesel truck not a gas

O'Reilly's usually has I would need although AutoZone is my choice of Auto Parts when AutoZone will not compare prices and match it because O'Reilly's is so much more cheaper sometimes I haven't had to worry about quality but I did have to worry about achieving the right part thank God I do my own mechanical work those mistakes could be costly other than that I think they're okay the one thing that is most helpful here in our town is the skills that their salesperson has nothing better than a associate with mechanical skills

Great service every single time. Staff are very knowledgeable, honest and eager to help you out. Fix your minor engine or car problems with no questions asked once you have bought the parts from the store. Can’t beat that free engine test/scan either. They are very honest if the problem is worth fixing or not. I’m sure plenty of others would scam you out there.
