Needed to get my Crankshaft Position Sensor replaced to get my car out of Limp mode. The Young Lady there, I believe her name was Sarah, was very patient and helpful with me, giving me several options and helping me find a solution so I could make the 2-hour drive home the same day.
Had my alternator go out on the highway, was able to get it here, and they were more than accommodating, and kind. Awesome experience, and just good people!
The employees were funny, friendly and professional. I bought what I needed and a couple extra Lucas fuel injector cleaners. They were a great sale price.
Let me just start by saying this is an AMAZING crew!! We came in for an alternator for our other vehicle and our truck died in the parking lot! Leonard could not have more helpful as well as the manager! We have NEVER received this kind of service anywhere. These people are here to help and in every sense of the word they went above and beyond! We have been a customer and will always be a grateful customer!
Staff went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. Definitely a contributor to the community.
