Justin really needs to work on his customer service skills….how I buy items and receive no bag to put them in…have a good day or thank you for shopping with us wasn’t said also…please retrain

If you are open than you should be able to help a customer. The store closes at 9pm not 8:50pm. The girl at the counter was so rude and just stated they couldn’t help us because it was too close to closing. She then proceeded to walk over and lock the door behind us again before 9pm. I could hear others in the back laughing it up while she sat in her phone and this is just crazy to not get help. Especially for a dead car battery. She watched us struggle to jump start ourselves. Worst service ever!!!

I really love this. O’Reilly. Justin was very helpful even helped me after they was closing down very professional. Very good customer service when you come ask for Justin.

Anthony, store manager, was amazing ! He was patient, kind and accommodating by replacing my headlight bulb for me. Great job 👍

I went in O'Reilly for get a hose for my Jeep, I asked the front door clerk about it, he came outside to get a visual of the hose goes back into the store grabbed the item and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Excellent customer services.
