The staff is courteous, but maybe a little excessive in some instances. A couple of the younger kids like to call their customers "Boss." Like, "How ya doing Boss?.....You find everything o.k. Boss?....O.K., is that it Boss?.....Have a good day Boss." It gets really annoying when they use the word "Boss" in every sentence. Maybe they think it's respectful, but I tend to think that it might be a little condescending also. Either way, I'm tired of hearing the word "Boss" every time I visit the Dayton store.

A couple of days ago, my 71 year old wife stopped in to get wipers for her Jeep Cherokee. She was helped by MIKE. Now some places would have taken advantage of an older female. But, MIKE explained to her that living in the desert, with the sun we have, that $10 wipers would work just as well as the $35 ones. THANK YOU for your honesty MIKE! PJ

Wrong parts due to lack of attention span and interuptions in store, as i was getting "helped" the cashier kept getting bothered by anotber employee.plus I got the wrong part! Will be going to napa for parts but i will still get deals their when advertised.

They helped me out with a check engine light. It was free and took about five minutes. Awesome job! Thank you.

It's hit or miss on the rudeness level. One or 2 of the employees are happy to help.. one or 2 are happy to get you out the door. But they always have what you need, so that's good.
