Bought alternator for my welding machine shorted out hit the machine with a/c power tested the alternator it was putting out a/c voltage machine caught fire burnt harness up coil ignition module dummy lite oil pressure switch amp gauge high low switch my local & remote switch & blew the battery up as well took all proof to them showed them this pics & alternator only to be told there not going to do anything about it when I proved it's there fault truly showed what O'Reilly's is about not the people of Dequincy but there pocket book & I've spent thousands of dollars in there store but not anymore what trash has been brought to are town sad but true quality is not in there parts & there best parts are trash just like the O'Reilly's name thanks for leaving me hanging when I knew in my heart

Trent was wonderful!! He changed my wipers and taught my grandson how to do it. Always so wonderful at this location!! Lathan usually helps me. He is so helpful. They both go above and beyond to make my experience better!

They had the part i needed in stock, which is awesome, and very nice and helpful people working there.

The manager was so helpful when I was out of town working my wife needed help with a fuse in her car. She had no idea what to do. He helped her by finding the fuse and replacing it for her. Thank you so much for all of your help.
