O'Reilly Auto Parts

O'Reilly is the auto parts store of my choice, but not Deridder. I was told the part i was looking for was down aisle 5. No one offered to help, not even when i had my hood up trying to figure out what would work, while 1 guy was out smoking (at least twice) and the other was leaned forward at computer playing on his phone (i took pictures). I have never been to an O'Reilly and not have had friendly service until today. Guess ill stick to Leesville and Kirbyville.

Only parts store in this entire town that was able to get me what I was lookin for in a decent time even if it had to be ordered. Kudos O’reillys, all part stores Maggie priced but atleast yall provide a decent timeframe when items ordered may arrive.

Went to O'Reilly Auto Parts in Deridder, LA, the manager Kory had a bad disrespectful attitude. I am a disabled veteran and he refused to coolant in my car. Advanced Auto parts on the other hand did it with no questions asked. I would suggest to avoid O'Reilly Auto Parts in DeRidder, Louisiana.

Employee didn't know how to use the obd2 diagnostic reader. When I looked up code he gave me later on it was a trouble code for a Ford, fuel injector. Had a honda I remember looking over his shoulder and seeing a scan history menu. Buy to be fair, autozone wasn't any better

Had a warranty issue with a part, was able to get a replacement with my receipt. They had plenty of people working so the wait wasn't bad. Yes I will be back.
