Terrible customer service. None of the staff should be working face to face with customers if they can’t even acknowledge people walking in. The entire time I was there, all three employees were glued to their phones, too busy to greet me or even say goodbye. Not one of them cared enough to look up or show basic respect. Completely unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Orion helped us replace the auto start in our 2020 Chrystler Pacifica and troubleshoot some issues afterwards. So far been a week and all is well! Thankful for the help!

Tonight I discovered my headlights weren’t working. After pulling out my owner’s manual, I headed to O’Reilly, hoping it was just a fuse issue. I picked out the right fuses and asked Tara at the counter a couple of questions. She kindly pulled up a website and gave me some helpful tips and I discovered I already had spares in my fuse box. I headed out to my car, but my attempts at changing them ended with three fuses dropped behind the fuse panel! Almost in tears, I headed back in to buy the fuses after all. This time, Tara went above and beyond and determined to come and change them for me! In a matter of minutes she has it done and I had headlights! Thank you, Tara for saving the day!
