Was clean inside and outside. They had everything we needed and the staff was really helpful, they asked us a few times if we needed help and showed us what we were looking for. The manager was very nice and helpful also. Really nice addition to the Dona Ana area, looking forward to coming back here.

4 employees one working the other talking with each other. Was waiting in line to check out for over 10 minutes no one came to assist me so I went to auto zone and was in and out.

I called into the North Main location to check the warranty on my battery because that's the number that popped up when I googled O'Reilly's. I spoke with a lady who was very helpful found my warranty and told me I could go in to have my battery checked. I went to the location in Dona Ana because I live closer to it. Garth immediately came out to help me and checked my battery confirmed it was bad. He told me I would have to pull it out and bring it back because they couldn't pull it out (I get that). About an hour later I went back with my battery pulled out and Garth was avoiding me. He was calling people that were behind me in line to go before me. He ended up having to help me because I stepped up to his counter as he was trying to call up the next person behind me. He told me he could

This auto parts store is fairly new, but the service and customer interactions have been consistently great! I have bought a car battery, supplies, tools and car parts for my Jeep. I'm happy we have this store here in Dona Ana makes this very convenient! They always have everything I'm looking for, at very competitive prices! Store looks very well organized, clean, has pretty much everything you may need to save you a trip downtown. 5 solid 🌟 overall! I love coming to this for all my autos needs!
