I went here a few weeks ago in an emergency as I needed to get a bottle jack and some jack stands. I needed to do this so that I could remove all 4 of my trailer tires and bring them in to get TPMS sensors installed. When I walked in I was greeted by a very nice young lady who really knew her stuff. She pointed me to the direct items I needed, she then offered to show me where the said items were. When I said no I would find them on my own she smiled and said she would be ready for me when I was ready and waited for me. Once I got to the jack stands I needed some clarification on weights and she was able to answer my questions fully and quickly. All in all a great experience was provided to me by the nice lady, who I wish I could remember her name. She had red hair and couldn't be able 26

I came here for new wind shield wipers and Nick was amazing! He helped me pick the best kind for my car and I didn’t feel as if he was trying to get me to buy the most expensive. He gave excellent suggestions and then installed them for me, friendly the whole time.

Had a problem with the battery that I had replaced just about a year ago in my Corvette. Manager was above and beyond professional and took care of it. Excellent service. Great guys. Highly recommend them if you need Auto parts in the city of Tracy

John is believe is the guys name. He's really good at his job and has great customer service. He helped me out with some tag lights. I've been coming here for years. Great location even better customer service.
