I just have to give a big shout out to Alyssa Brayer!! Thank you!! You ROCK! I was waiting for pizza next door and my car died. I went in to see if anyone could help me, and she jumped right on it, grabbed he cables and drove her truck over to my car. She couldn't actually reach my battery because there was another vehicle in the way, but she tried!! The other vehicle happed to be getting pizza too, and when the gentleman came out, he saw what was happening, took his out and AWAY I WENT! It just goes to show that there ARE still really kind and caring people out there and I greatly appreciated all the effort!!

Crystal is a lifesaver! I was stuck in my Honda in the parking lot because my car wouldn’t start and every time I opened the door the alarm would go off. I didn’t know what was wrong. I called. She answered and ran out to my car, got my keys changed my key fob battery (Which I should have known, but was in a panic and did not) Brought them back out to me and made sure that I was able to start my car and get back going again. I’ve never had somebody do that for me and that was awesome thank you!

My F150 Check Engine light came on so I went to the store to have them connect their Scan Tool to look for related Codes. The codes indicated a particular sensor but the sensor is only available at the Ford dealership. The O'Reilly employee sent me on my way to the Ford dealer parts department and said his scan tool report was 100% free. WHAT!..., Thank you!! I obtained the necessary part from Ford and went back to O'Reilly to get some tools I needed in order to replace the part. Repair complete. Thanks again to O'Reilly Auto Parts #6052, and a special thanks to the employees on duty 12/29/2025 and 12/30/2025.

Poor service, janky loaner tools, staff that said he knew nothing about cars, guitar playing at the parts counter. Tools missing pieces, cobbled together and ineffective for the repair, couldn’t refund entire deposit. Pretty shocking.

I'll preface this by saying I dont know anything about cars, how an engine or battery should normally look and I'm aware OReilly staff aren't mechanics. But my car felt unsafe to drive due to some possible electrical issues and it was later in the evening. I stopped in to ask for help and see if staff could look at my engine/battery and see if it looked abnormal because the electrical components would sometimes stop working when I hit a bump. The old man who worked there laughed and said "just don't hit bumps" and that they couldn't help me. They weren't willing to look at my battery to see if it was corroded or if anything was loose on it. Not sure if it its just these 2 particular staff members who would rather sit on a counter than take 2 seconds to look at a battery, but I'll avoid ORe
